These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 1eighty.us (the "Website") and your purchase of products from 1E Brands LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Research Use Only Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not access the Website or purchase products.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Website or purchase Research Products from us.

By entering the Website and again when purchasing Research Products, you represent and certify that you are at least 21 years old.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably believe that the purchaser does not satisfy our eligibility requirements or that completing the transaction would violate applicable law or Company policy.

2. Research Products

For purposes of these Terms, "Research Products" means peptides and other materials expressly identified by the Company as being offered for research use only.

All Research Products offered by the Company are offered solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, and research purposes.

Research Products are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, ingestion, administration, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any other clinical or non-research purpose.

Research Products are not offered or represented by the Company as:

• FDA-approved drugs;
• prescription drugs;
• compounded drugs;
• dietary supplements;
• foods;
• cosmetics;
• medical devices; or
• products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing on this Website constitutes medical, veterinary, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice.

3. Purchaser Representations

By purchasing a Research Product, you represent, warrant, and certify that:

(a) you are at least 21 years of age;

(b) you are purchasing the Research Product solely for legitimate research, laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro purposes;

(c) you will not use or permit the Research Product to be used for human or animal consumption, administration, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or another purpose inconsistent with its research-use designation;

(d) you understand that the Company does not provide instructions concerning human or animal administration, dosing, treatment, or therapeutic use;

(e) you are responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, and use of the Research Product comply with all laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and safety requirements applicable to you; and

(f) you will handle, store, use, and dispose of Research Products responsibly and in accordance with applicable requirements.

4. No Current Credential Verification

The Company presently relies on purchaser representations and self-certification and does not necessarily independently verify a purchaser's professional, academic, institutional, laboratory, or research credentials.

The Company's acceptance of an order does not constitute verification, certification, endorsement, or approval of a purchaser's qualifications or intended research.

We reserve the right to implement age, identity, researcher, institutional, or other eligibility-verification measures in the future.

We may request additional information or decline a transaction when reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, safety, or other legitimate business purposes.

5. No Medical or Professional Advice

Information available through the Website is provided solely for general informational and research-reference purposes.

Nothing provided by the Company is intended as medical advice, veterinary advice, diagnosis, prescribing information, treatment advice, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or a recommendation concerning human or animal use.

The Company is a private-label seller/wholesaler of research materials. The Company is not a medical practice or healthcare provider and does not operate as a pharmacy or compounding pharmacy.

6. Research Information

Product pages may identify scientific literature, experimental areas of investigation, molecular characteristics, or subjects in which a particular peptide has been studied.

Such information describes areas of scientific investigation only.

A reference to published, preclinical, laboratory, in-vitro, or other experimental research does not constitute a representation or guarantee by the Company regarding safety, efficacy, suitability, therapeutic effect, or research outcome.

Research information must not be interpreted as instructions or recommendations for human or animal use.

7. No Guarantee of Research Results

Research inherently involves variables beyond the Company's control.

The Company does not guarantee any particular experimental outcome, research result, observation, performance in a particular protocol, or suitability for a purchaser's particular research objective.

Failure to obtain an expected or desired research result does not constitute shipping damage, incorrect fulfillment, or grounds for a return, refund, replacement, or credit.

Nothing in this section alters an express written product specification, if any, that the Company is legally required or expressly agrees to provide.

8. Product Testing and Certificates

Unless expressly stated for a particular product or batch, the Company does not represent that a certificate of analysis ("COA"), third-party test report, particular testing methodology, or particular purity specification is available.

The Company may make analytical or testing documentation available for particular products or batches in the future.

Any such documentation should be interpreted according to its stated scope, methodology, sample, batch, date, and limitations and does not constitute a guarantee concerning research outcomes or suitability for a particular application.

9. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, compliance review, and these Terms.

An automated order confirmation does not prevent the Company from subsequently canceling an order for a legitimate reason, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory concerns, shipping restrictions, or circumstances preventing lawful fulfillment.

If the Company cancels an order after collecting payment and before fulfillment, amounts collected for the canceled merchandise will be returned as appropriate.

10. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, availability, or product-description errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

11. Final Sale of Research Products

Except for the limited remedies expressly provided in the Refund & Return Policy for merchandise that is damaged in transit, incorrectly fulfilled, or missing from a shipment, all Research Product sales are final.

Research Products may not be returned merely because they are unopened or unused.

This restriction exists in part because the Company cannot verify the storage, handling, environmental exposure, custody, or integrity of a Research Product after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Apparel

Apparel is subject to the separate apparel provisions contained in our Refund & Return Policy and is not subject to the Research Product final-sale rule.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders should be considered final once submitted.

Customers may contact support@1eighty.us promptly after placing an order to request cancellation or modification.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist when operationally possible, but we do not guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified after submission, particularly once processing, packing, or shipping has begun.

If we confirm that an order has been canceled before fulfillment, any amount collected for the canceled merchandise will be handled according to the confirmed cancellation.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website to engage in unlawful conduct, fraud, unauthorized access, interference with Website operations, circumvention of security measures, or misuse of Company services.

You may not make a purchase using false eligibility information or knowingly provide false information concerning a material requirement of the transaction.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Website content owned by the Company—including original text, branding, graphics, logos, photographs, page design, and other proprietary material—is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No Company-owned content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.

16. Third-Party Services

The Website may rely on third-party services for hosting, ecommerce functionality, payment processing, shipping, security, or other operational functions.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law, although this provision does not eliminate responsibilities the Company itself owes to customers.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND RESEARCH PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS TERMS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND REPRESENTATIONS ACTUALLY MADE BY THE COMPANY AND WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES NOT REQUIRED BY LAW.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE A PARTICULAR RESEARCH RESULT OR EXPERIMENTAL OUTCOME.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE UNLAWFUL, UNAUTHORIZED, IMPROPER, OR UNINTENDED USE, HANDLING, STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION, OR DISPOSITION OF RESEARCH PRODUCTS.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be posted on the Website with its effective or updated date. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

Research Use Only

All Research Products sold by 1E Brands LLC are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, in-vitro, and research purposes.

They are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, ingestion, administration, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any other clinical or non-research purpose.

No Drug or Medical Product Representation

The Company does not offer or represent Research Products as FDA-approved drugs, prescription drugs, compounded drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease.

The Company does not provide medical treatment, prescribing services, diagnosis, dosing guidance, administration instructions, or individualized medical advice.

Research Literature

References to published or experimental research are provided to describe areas of scientific investigation.

A statement that a peptide has been "studied," "investigated," or "examined" in connection with a particular pathway, mechanism, biological process, or research question does not constitute a claim by the Company that the product is safe, effective, suitable for therapeutic use, or capable of producing a particular result.

Purchaser Responsibility

Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, possession, handling, storage, use, transportation, and disposition of Research Products comply with applicable law and appropriate research and safety requirements.

No Research Outcome Guarantee

The Company makes no guarantee concerning a purchaser's experimental results.

A failure to reproduce published findings, obtain an anticipated observation, achieve a desired experimental result, or obtain particular performance in a protocol does not establish that a Research Product was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled.

1EIGHTY currently ships within the 50 United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing

Our standard order-processing target is within two (2) business days after an order is successfully received and payment is authorized.

This is a processing target rather than a guaranteed shipment or delivery date.

Weekends, holidays, unusually high order volume, inventory circumstances, compliance review, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect processing.

Shipping Charges

Standard ground shipping is:

• $15 flat-rate ground shipping for orders under $300.
• FREE ground shipping for qualifying orders of $300 or more.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied with the order.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate delivery information.

Delivery Times

Carrier transit and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Company does not control carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, transportation conditions, or similar circumstances after tendering a package to the carrier.

However, a carrier delay does not automatically eliminate any responsibility the Company has under applicable law or this Shipping Policy.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please contact support@1eighty.us immediately if an address correction is required. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Lost or Missing Packages

If a shipment does not arrive, contact support@1eighty.us with your order and tracking information.

The Company may investigate the shipment with the carrier and may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.

A carrier scan marked "delivered" does not automatically prevent the customer from reporting a missing shipment. The Company may investigate reported nonreceipt, misdelivery, loss, theft, or other delivery issues before determining the appropriate resolution.

Customers agree to reasonably cooperate with carrier investigations when necessary.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipment to a location when fulfillment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, Company compliance requirements, or other lawful restrictions.

If we cancel an order because we cannot lawfully or reasonably ship it, amounts collected for merchandise we do not fulfill will be returned as appropriate.

This policy distinguishes between Research Products and Apparel.

A. Research Products — Final Sale

All Research Products are FINAL SALE.

Research Products are not returnable or refundable because a purchaser changes their mind, no longer requires the product, ordered an unwanted product, did not use the product, obtained an unexpected research result, or did not obtain a desired experimental result.

Once Research Products have been delivered, the Company cannot verify their subsequent storage, handling, custody, environmental exposure, or integrity. Accordingly, unopened Research Products are also final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Research Products

If:

• a Research Product arrives visibly damaged in transit;
• the Company sends an incorrect item; or
• an item identified as included in the shipment is missing,

the customer must notify support@1eighty.us within three (3) calendar days after carrier-confirmed delivery.

The claim should include the order number and a description of the issue.

The Company may require photographs of the shipping box or mailer, shipping label, internal packaging, product packaging, labels, contents received, and visible damage.

Do not discard the affected product or original packaging while a claim is being reviewed.

If the Company verifies that an item was damaged in transit, incorrectly fulfilled, or omitted from the shipment, the Company will replace the affected item at no additional charge.

If replacement becomes impossible, the Company will determine an appropriate alternative remedy consistent with applicable law.

Research Results Are Not a Product-Damage Claim

An unexpected experimental result, inability to reproduce published research, lack of an anticipated observation, performance in a particular protocol, or failure to achieve a desired research outcome does not constitute shipping damage or incorrect fulfillment and does not qualify for return, refund, replacement, or credit on that basis.

B. Apparel Returns

Unused, unworn apparel may be returned by contacting support@1eighty.us within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. For apparel-only orders, any original shipping charge paid will also be refunded. Original shipping charges are not refundable on orders containing both apparel and Research Products.

Damaged or Incorrect Apparel: Contact support@1eighty.us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Once confirmed, damaged or incorrectly shipped apparel will be replaced at no additional charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

This Privacy Policy describes how 1E Brands LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with 1eighty.us.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website, we may collect:

Order and contact information, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, order information, and communications with us.

Transaction information, including products purchased, amounts, dates, shipping information, and transaction status.

The Company should not be understood to store complete payment-card information merely because payment is accepted through the Website. The applicable payment processor may independently collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

The Company does not currently sell personal information for money.

The Company does not currently send promotional SMS/text messages or operate a routine promotional email-marketing program.

Transactional communications concerning orders, payments, shipping, customer service, security, or similar matters are not promotional marketing.

If promotional email, SMS, targeted advertising, or additional tracking technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and any necessary consent mechanisms should be updated before or when those practices begin.

Cookies

The Website may use cookies necessary for ecommerce operation, security, shopping-cart functionality, preferences, and similar functions.
